Looking for a Professional B2B sales specialist to join the growing FFI Team!

We’re looking for a people-oriented, energetic, organized Inside Sales professional. Join a dynamic, growing business with a collaborative team environment. FFI products help windows & doors optimize energy performance and sustainability, and support green building practices and LEED certifications. Work closely with our clients and architecture & design industry contacts to understand their needs and explain how FFI can help their success.

The Opportunity

· Full-time, in Hawthorne, CA

· Base pay + bonuses

· In-office 8am-5pm Monday to Friday (occasional remote work days)

Qualifications

· Enthusiastic, self-motivated & confident sales professional.

· Software proficient in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel), internet research, CRM (SAP, Epicor, etc).

· Must have sales experience and interest in construction or building materials products, especially doors, windows, skylights, decorative hardware, metal extrusions, or other architectural-related products.

· Ability to learn our products, customer needs, and to read the basics on architectural drawings and plans.

· People with experience that would fit right in: Showroom sales, outbound call center, counter sales, field sales, inside sales, outside sales, architectural rep, specifications for architects; in any of these related products: building materials, doors/windows/skylights, remodeling products, decorative hardware, luxury residential or commercial construction, interior design, design-build, plumbing & lighting, window blinds, fenestration, fine woodworking, or building envelope facades or extrusions.

· Language skills are a plus, especially in Spanish or French.

Responsibilities

· Focus on activities with clients and prospects that lead to sales.

· Care for established clients and develop new business to increase sales.

· Work with FFI’s established database of contacts.

· Find and pursue new prospective sales leads through web searches and social media.

· Provide excellent support and customer service.

· Manage client relationships and outreach by phone, email, video chats, and in-person presentations.

· Learn to recommend appropriate FFI products for different types of customers.

· Act to promote key products, overcome client hesitations, and close sales deals.

· Participate in continual learning about products, product development, competitors, architectural applications, and issues affecting the industry.

· Work energetically to meet sales quotas and revenue goals.
